Intake
Set up a shared Zalo/WhatsApp/Viber group with the Client to collaborate, schedule site visits, and discuss consultation details.
Develop design and construction plans.
Review the proposed design in detail with the Client.
Revise construction scope and associated costs.
Apply for building permits and develop detailed construction drawings.
Construction
Clear the site, prepare equipment, materials, workforce, and install construction signage.
Mark pile positions and execute pile driving as per the approved design drawings.
Excavate foundation pit, construct footing, gas pits, septic tanks, and pour concrete foundation slab.
Install formwork and rebar, cast concrete, and build exterior walls on all floors.
Install floor and wall tiles, apply paint, install stair and facade cladding, fit stairs and railings...
Install electrical and plumbing systems, as well as air-conditioning systems.
Install tables, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, sofas, and other interior furniture items in the house.
Perform quality inspection, conduct project acceptance, and hand over the house to the Client.
Warranty
On a quarterly basis (every 3, 6, and 12 months), the Customer Care Department will call the Client for follow-up.
Receive warranty requests, and staff will be dispatched to inspect and address the issue within 24 hours.
Execute warranty maintenance based on the Client’s requests.
Carry out quality control, full inspection of the house, and complete the handover to the Client.
Customer Service Dept will call to check on customer satisfaction, and the Division Director will visit site to inspect the project.
